For deciding on my first gravel bike, I’ve been struggling between a Grail or the Grizl because of tire width. However looking at the Grail on Canyon’s website, i can’t find any information regarding the rim height. What are the benefits of the 42 vs the 50 and curiously, why are there 2 options? Thanks in advance.

Looks like different wheels.
Deeper wheels more aerodynamic. Shallower wheels stiffer and lighter. Difference between those probably not noticeable so go for whatever you like the look of
There are 2 options because canyon would have speced with whatever wheels they got the best deal on/whatever dt had an excess of at the time. I personally would go the 42. Honestly wait a couple of months, I think there’s an updated grizl coming out
