    RIP tire

I think you can see the tube peeking out. You should probably deflate it.

It is done. It’s just a matter of time. The most exciting time would be at 3AM in your hallway. Keep it inflated and it will go bang.

  3. Lets just say its as bad as calling your boss at 3 in the morning screaming random shit for no reason in your sleep kind of fucked. I wouldn’t get back on that bike or atleast bring it a shop and buy a new tire.

change your tire and make sure the brake pads are not rubbing a hole in your tire.

Scale of 1-10, this is maybe an 8 “bad”. Visually, it doesn’t look terrible but it definitely will let go and explode in the reasonably near future if you keep it at full pressure. It’s always a fun surprise when this goes “bang” in the garage at 3am!

Deflate and replace… that way, you can at least reuse the tube!

  6. I’ve ridden with worse. Seriously. But if the tire is cheap just get a new tire.

  7. It’s bad, real bad. Only a matter of time, don’t go to far from home on that thing.

Perfectly safe, I would ride on that, have in the past and it was fine. Just pump it up to 90 to 110 psi so the tire is rock hard as you don’t want the tire to flex or bounce when riding or it will get worse. You could also deflate the tire first and super glue it first. With some electrical tape on the inside so the glue doesn’t stick to the tire tube. Please video and post results in bicycle circlejerk when complete. Could use a good laugh about how stupid people are.
