  1. Google rear derailleur indexing. It’s most likely just cable loosening. You can index yourself really simply by adjusting the barrel going into the derailleur carrying the cable

  2. Your wheel is likely not seated all the way.
    Take your bike out of the stand, set both wheels on the ground and loosen the rear quick release. While bearing against the saddle straight down tighten the rear quick release. Then put it back in the stand and see if that has helped the shifting.

    Did anything else change?

    Perhaps inspect the cassette and freehub and how that is seated in the hub? This will depend on hub model/design.

    You didn’t remove the cassette to clean or do anything else in that area?

    Also, if this is a month after you changed tyres perhaps it’s not related to that change. How old is the bike? Could just need a tweak of the barrel adjuster?
