Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹

I'm heading out soon for my first 3-day bikepacking trip, going fully self-supported (camping, cooking, everything), and I’m a bit lost on how to organize my bags properly πŸ˜…

Here’s what I’m working with:

  • 1 saddle bag
  • 1 frame bag
  • 1 handlebar bag
  • 1 small top-tube bag

I’d love to know:
πŸ‘‰ How do you usually organize your gear across these bags?
What goes where for good balance and easy access?

Also, if you can share what you typically pack in the following categories, that would be amazing:

  • πŸ•οΈ Sleep & camp (tent, mat, sleeping bag, etc.)
  • 🧼 Hygiene
  • 🍳 Cooking & water (stove, pot, filter…)
  • πŸ‘• Riding clothes
  • 🍫 Food & snacks
  • πŸ› οΈ Tools & repair kit
  • πŸ”‹ Electronics (power bank, lights, GPS…)
  • 😴 Night clothes / comfort

If you’ve got any packing tips, hacks, or lessons learned the hard way, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks so much πŸ™

Manly bag is a small bag for trips to store once I’ve pitched or other stuff if I’m pitching away from civilization, Titicaca is a favourite and visible tracksuit top. My frame bag fills all the frame though and saddlebag wide enough for 13in laptop with side pockets for some other stuff. JFDI, you’ll figure out what you need better for next time, that’s half the fun of it. But don’t forget the first aid kit. and sunscreen is never a bad idea.
