I'm considering selling my car and just getting a bike to ride to my university, as its only 10 minutes away and I could use the exercise.
One of my friends said this is a good bike, but I know thing about bikes 😂..
Seller is asking for 975 dkk (130€)
Is they reasonable for a bike like this?

If you wait another month or so when international and exchange students are leaving you will find even better deals, but it’s already so cheap to begin with that I’d just go for it if it is in good working condition.
The photos are so blurry I can’t make out the brand but it looks like it would make a nice commuter. Make sure it’s the proper size.
Comes with fenders and a bell. That style shifter is a pain to service. Price seems right. It’s not a high end bike but should be serviceable for your purposes.
I can’t see the make, but I can tell from the brakes and shifters that it’s well made. If the bike fits you, and it is in good mechanical condition, then it is a fair price.

Looks like a decent bike, steel frame from late ‘90’s, well maintained. If everything works well and is in good shape then it’s not a bad buy. Fenders alone are probably worth 1/3 of the asking price. Could use a new saddle and pedals, but not a big deal. Kickstand is another 20 euros or so. Probably the same for the bell.
Check the rims for cracking, frame for any damage, check the shifting and brakes and it’s a solid buy if it’s all good. Brakes/shifters may just need maintenance and I wouldn’t consider it a problem.
