Just a small sharing of my T line after riding in 3 days of rain and one night of typhoon, for anyone curious.
Wanted to see if there would be any squeaking/creaking from the hinges or suspension block, as well as any water ingress into the frame, bottom bracket and headset since I was going to take my T line to the LBS to change the crankset, chainring and bottom bracket and have a quick check up after the rain anyway.
After every ride, I just did a quick wipe down with a towel and reapplied lubricant.
First squeaking came from suspension block on day 4 (rain had stopped) and then either or both hinges/clamps on day 5. Cleaned and put some grease as suggested by Brompton and all was smooth again.
Day 6 went to the LBS to do some upgrades and was happy to find there was no water ingress in the original bottom bracket or headset. I honestly didn’t expect that after riding in heavy rain for days in a typhoon. The original crankset, bottom bracket and headset is really very good in my opinion.
Anyways, that’s all and I hope it was helpful to someone. Meanwhile, here’s a few photos of my ‘upgrades’. Happy riding 🍺

How was the grip driving in rain? Have yet to drive on these schwalbe one tires in such weather
Plenty of back splash on clothing without fenders? Curious how wet your back would get without fenders
