My attempt at getting fit before the summer has started with this 26 mile walk from Amberley to Lewes over two days stopping off in Shoreham by sea. I cycled the first part of the trail from Winchester to Amberley a few years back but didnt make a video. Next time its Lewes to Eastbourne.
