Foot retention, grips, and an emergency brake. All the veterans around here need to take some notes!!

  2. Track stand advice. Dominate foot forward, stand up (atleast I found it easier to stand up when I was learning), turn handle bars towards your forward facing foot slightly and rock the pedals back and forth to maintain balance.

  3. move ur saddle forward, you can only clamp on the flat area….get a longer stem if u need it

How do you find the fabricbike quality? I have been thinking about starting on one.

Gotta go back and forth when trying to learn track stand.
Common mistake is thinking you just stay completely still.
It’s all minor adjustments forwards and back.
And the wheel turned towards ur lead foot

  6. Others already gave good advice on track stands so I’ll just say find a good spot and dedicate time to learning. I spent ~30 minutes on a dead street before I started doing them in traffic. It took a few commutes before I was confident enough to do them in traffic too but now it’s just habit.
