I thought I seated it correctly from the photo the bead line is the same all the way around. However when riding yesterday someone behind me said the tire was wobbling. Does it need to be reseated?

Line looks fine.
Make sure it’s the same all way round on both sides.
If it’s like that all the way around you’re good. Does it look wobbly to you when you spin it?
Ya it does. When putting it on I thought I was good since the bead line is showing and is the same all the way around on both sides.
