I finally tracked down a lugged and butted frame that was still in fantastic shape and swapped everything I was previously running over to it. That required a few new parts to get the fit right. My GRX cranks wouldn't clear the chainstays so that also required a significant change, and I went with new pedals, grips, and tape to compliment the frame.

Nice frame upgrade! Swapping everything over sounds like a weekend project from hell, but hopefully your knees are happier now that the cranks clear.
