Whenever the chain is pulled it’ll sort of take a second to engage it’s completely random aswell dosent happen every time, I feel it when riding too

That’s normal, it happens due how the traction system of the freewheel works

There’s pawls/ratchet inside that have to engage first, then the cassette is then pushing the hub through those pawls.
I’m impressed how clean this drivetrain is
