First Build start

I’ve been riding fixed for around half a year now, and am now building my first complete bike. (My main bike being an Aventon Mataro low)
Bought this vigorelli yesterday as a singlespeed and since then removed some components and cleaned the bike, because I want to build it from the ground up
What I have and will keep are the Mavic ellipse wheels and the dura ace cranks + the seat post
What do you guys think?
Do you have any recommendations or advice?
