My new Ritchey Outback. I'm 5'5" with 31" inseam bought the Small. Built up with 2×12 GRX DI2, ran wore out the BB cable guild screw hole, then taped in place, as the 2023 version isnt setup for internal wires. Running a RedShift 90mm flex stem, Ultegra C36 wheelset, super shallow Ritchey Corralitos bars. Put some 150 miles since completing the build, so far I'm impressed with the ride. Yup, it might be heavy, but I really like the ride characteristics of the bike.
I was using my Seven Mudhoney but it's limited to 38c tire being it's a cross bike and pre disc. So far so good… it descends like a rocket, crazy stable from the long, touring bike like geometry of yesteryear but dressed up to modern touches, tweaks for the gravel experience
