I've got this bike setup from a bike mechanic and I said i don't mind which fenders he puts on. However, after 1 year of riding this beauty, I really want to swap them out, since I don't find them appealing. Do you have any recommendations? I'm riding 38mm wide tyres. Thanks!

The appeal of fenders is always so, so… My personal response was choosing the subjectively most ridiculous, objectively quite practical, stiff and light, option – carbon mudguards! Obviously on a steel frame were low weight was never a goal :-p

Btw. Nice bike overall! I had a good eye to Bombtrack as well when I searched the perfect commuter! Our set-ups are very similar!
