Looking for a 48-52cm road bike. I have about a $500 budget, but keeping in mind I will likely need to buy spd pedals for whatever I find or I might need to buy new tires/chain/other components too. Before you point out that these are all women’s frames, I am a woman. 5’5” with short torso.

Specialized and fuji looks good
Man that fuji looks great, but I gotta say it looks bigger than a size small. You could look up the geometry chart but it looks like at least a size 54 to me. I’ve been down the road of trying to make a bike that’s too big work and ended up regretting it. Plus it looks like the crank is a standard double, not a compact like the others, so the gearing will be tall.
I would get the giant. Compact crank, looks cool, and I prefer shimano’s front shifting over sram which the specialized bike has. It’s a crowded bike market right now so I don’t think it would be impolite to try to get it for around $250. Also try searching for a size XS.
