My left shifter stopped working and when I opened my SRAM app it says “Recovery Required”. I clicked into it & it’s telling me I need to update my Firmware but it gets stuck on the updating screen and makes no progress. Has anyone had this happen before? I tried searching but couldn’t find anything. Thanks in advance!

Did you put a new battery in it?
Try putting it in bootloader mode manually. With the battery removed, hold the AXS button, then insert the battery. Then try to recover it through the app.
