It’s fixable but you’ll spend more money fixing that fork than looking for a used one. Buy a rigid fork,non tapered steer tube, 9x100mm axle. Amazon has those for $140. Would get you rolling at least

I recently bought a brand new amazon coil for $90, it went on a kids bike but TBH it seemed pretty decent basically just a rebranded Suntour.
