For $250 you can’t likely go wrong. Do you know a bike mechanic that could give it a once over? I would stay away from using the aero bars until you’re quite used to riding. Are they “clip-ons”, or are they connected to your gears? I can’t tell from the picture. If they’re clip-ons, I’d suggest taking them off altogether. Ride on…
