I recently bought a MET Manta helmet and I generally really like it. Only downside is this really annoying excess strap. It looks really bad and I shudder to think of the watts I’m losing!
There was a label warning not to cut the straps but I can’t see any other option. Anybody has the same issue?

Cut it. Or black insulation tape it to the other strap.
I use a small rubber band to tie it down
Looks like there’s a piece of rubber there to tuck it under
I size it perfect where I want it, slide it under the keeper, and then use a little electrical tape to keep it firmly in place forever.
