Is the Rotor size allowed for this fork? The indentation there makes me believe this might be 180mm rotor for a 160mm max fork?

I wouldn’t run that rotor personally.
Any flex in the system or a slight warp to the rotor and it’s potentially going to make contact with the fork.
As noted by another, looks like it needs a smaller rotor diameter.

Id probably run that, you’ll know pretty quickly if the rotor makes contact with the fork, it’ll rub away a layer or too of paint.
If it does touch the fork occasionally, then get a smaller rotor.
