Any bike with turkey-wing brake extenders and stem shifters is low-end. Stamped steel dropouts, low end. It’s worth about $50, that’s IF everything is in working condition, and wheels don’t need truing and the rear axle isn’t broken.
Can’t tell if those are alloy rims or not but if they’re steel, (they look it from the rust spots,) take off another $30. At least it has an alloy cotterless crankset.
Is it your size? It’s for someone over 6 ft tall. If not then forget all this and pass. The bike isn’t worth buying for parts.
