I don’t have the exact bag but fairweather products are generally considered high quality and good value (usually slightly cheaper than comparables). I believe it’s bluelugs house brand or at least exclusively sold through bluelug.
Only thing to consider with this specific bag is the size. Pretty sure it’s quite large. I would definitely check your handlebar height and wheel clearance to make sure it will fit

i have a couple of fairweather bags and they are excellent quality. well made and designed. i haven’t seen this one in the wild but i would be surprised if it wasn’t similarly solid
