Wanted to start cycling and went on the hunt in Facebook Marketplace. Where I am L size bicycles are hard to find, but then I found this Polygon Sierra. Checked the serial number and identified it as a Polygon Sierra Deluxe Sport Gent 2015.
Went to the bike shop and changed my rear inner tyres, both front and rear brake pads, and the handlebar grip (the old ones are already worn out).
One problem I found is the front rims is not straight, so when I use the front brake it is not as smooth.
Today, I went for one of my first real life bicycle trip, just 7kms but it was a real challenge for me. I am glad I made this choice as it feels really satisfying to finish my first ever trip.
