Probably need to adjust the derailleur position or screws. See Shimano’s manual for the 105, it’s not bad at all, or check out Park Tool’s videos on derailleur adjustment, they’re great.

This is a FD-R7000 series derailleur and it sets up very different than the derailleur designs of the past. The instructions need to be followed step by step and if you do they are stupid simple to get right but impossible if you don’t.
Go to si.shimano.com, look up fd-r7000, click the link labeled DM, follow setup instructions

It is def different and look at the setup guide and follow the steps. Careful not to splinter your cable. Lastly… stop trying to shift the bike without the cranks turning.
