Bianchi’s cross concept or Caad 10

I don’t know if anyone can answer this for me but interested in thoughts from fellow peddlers. Came across a Bianchi cross concept with a mix of Ultegra and 105 components. I currently ride a CAAD 10 stock with all 105 components both in great shape. Yes this is gravel and what I ride is road but I’m a random rider and I’m not too serious. Just love getting out of the house and pedaling. More options with gravel and I think this thing is beautiful. I just don’t have space for 2 bikes but maybe I need to make space? Bianchi pictured
