Not enough space to add my new handle bars, can I move the brakes lever and gear shifters inwards or will this mess up the cable tensions and cause issues? Thanks
The cable tension is between the inner and outer of the shift cable. The brakes are hydraulic so don’t rely on tension.
So yeah, you’re good.

Yes. I Just had the same thing on my bike, moved them without even thinking about it creating potential problems. No, it has not created any problems. You can move them.

Your handlebars don’t have space to add new handlebars?

You absolutely can move your brake and shifter over to fit your new grips (I’m assuming you mean grips)
Your brakes are hydraulic (use fluid not a cable to push your brake pads) and won’t care if you move them up or down the bars. Your shifter won’t care either. It will not create any cable tension issues.

You’ll be absolutely fine with that 👍🏻

You absolutely can. Moreso, if I may, from this picture I can even recommend you to make a one or one and a half finger space between your grips and brake lever and to try and tilt your brake levers and shifters forward (like, if you are sit down in your saddle your fingers should be straight over the brake lever). You can find it more comfortable.
