At least in Germany, Austria and Slovenia wild camping is either downright forbidden or pretty much forbidden. So easiest way while following the laws are puplic camp sites.
Bivouacking is somewhat of an gray area at least in Germany. So that would maybe be legal as well.
But with some good practice stealth camping will be possible for the whole trip. A lot of people will also allow you to camp on private property for free, if you ask nicely.
What are you plans exactly? What’s your camp setup? This would probably help answering your questions better.
