Q36.5 gravel shoes. I’m in between sizes

Has anyone tried their gravel shoes. I'm a women US 10 3/4. I wear 11 running shoes. Am I supposed to wear a Q36.5 size 43 or 43.5. Both sizes are sold out at their website. TIA!
