I know little about bikes but which one would you recommend? And if there’s any recommendations not in the photos and is less than 1500 please let me know! 🙂
You say you know little about bikes, where are you trying to ride? I don’t know much about your situation, but unless you know you are going to be riding difficult terrain, then none of these bikes are for you. If you are certain, then the occam and the megatower are going to be the best deal as they are the most modern of the bikes.

For the love of God I thought this was a joke. The Santa Cruz is the only good bike of the bunch and the rest are garbage I wouldn’t pay for at all. Go to planet x and get yourself a “on one hello Dave” or something please anything but these bikes.

On one vandal, on one hello Dave, Rocky mountain growler 20, polygon T7 anything but these! Offer maybe 1200 for the Santa Cruz and inspect the shit outta that carbon frame for cracks. I’d still pass just out of paranoia and for under 1500 just get a brand new hardtail with good specs. Plant x is having a fire sale right now and they have tons of great bikes.
I would just buy a new bike from the store for those prices

Without a doubt the Santa Cruz. Don’t even consider any of the others. Santa Cruz has a pretty solid second owner support program, even if it is/does crack you’ll be able to replace it. Also repairing carbon is not as difficult as folks make it seem.

All of those are way overpriced except for the Santa Cruz.
