I forgot to mention, I did the coin test and it sounded the same as the rest of the frame and this is a carbon frame.

Looks cracked. I would see if you could shine a flashlight through another end and see the light, but looks toasted to me carbon or aluminum

Has the definite changes in direction and shape as a crack, scratches are usually pretty directional.

We have a thing in the sidebar of r/bikewrench about posts like these:

With carbon fiber, there is no way to reliably inspect a frame visually. And, the coin test is unreliable, at best. That is just how it goes. This is for sure a crack, but is it the carbon fiber? It might just be the paint/clearcoat cracking from frame flex. Fact of the matter is we have no way of knowing without getting this thing scanned and preforming some sort of NDT.
Now, personally, when assessing carbon bikes for damage and/or safety, I’ll always consider where the issue is on the bike. In this case, the inside of the down tube, I’m not too worried about this. Now, if this were on a set of handlebars I’d be very concerned. But here though, I’m not too worried about. I think you are fine to keep riding this.
Also, did something happen to this bike? Was there an incident? In like 99% of cases, if you crack the down tube of a carbon fiber MTB through riding/crashing, you are going to know you’ve cracked it. You’ll hear it crack. Its fucking loud.
If you had an absolutely heinous crash and then found this crack, I’d be concerned. In the absence of a crash or other damage, like roof racking your bike into a garage, I’d not worry about this.

Which bike company? That looks like a spot I’d associate with stress and should be covered under warranty.

That looks like its plain through in the middle there. I’d at a minimum take it to a local shop and get their take, that looks like a crack though from the pictures.

I think a scratch. Some areas have the paint and only an impression of whatever scratched it. Looks deep in some places though I would try and get it epoxied at a good bike shop to fill it.
