contact the shop first, they lost it somehow. happened to my friend, the box was torn apart and a bag with nut,olive and insert was missing
Depends on what you actually bought. Sometimes you get just an empty lever (this is usually explicitly stated within the add) on websites like bike-discount.de
If you paid for the whole thing with screw and olive and all, contact the seller.
Most shimano levers come like this in my experience. As do the calipers. A hose kit has the needed hardware (barb and olive). This is because they don’t know if you’re using 59 or 90 series hose. The complete brake kit comes with everything needed since it has the matching hoses
Insert, olive and screw are included in hose kits
Edit: never mind you bought kit it should have come with it
