I have experienced some slight wobbles from the right side when I pedal during the last 2 rides. It felt like my foot was moving a bit sideways so I have checked the cleats and tightened them, checked the pedal and tightened it and then I saw what seems to be a small crack on the crankset, could it be the reason?

Thoes had a recall. You just found out why.
Happened also to me. Got a new one via the recall.

recall is still good, go to a shimano dealer and they’re gonna get paid to remove it for you and shimano will send you a new crank. win win
Thats totally fucked. Shimano will likely replace it
