I had that frame for a while. It rode surprisingly nice, even compared to the much higher-end Specialized road bikes I eventually upgraded to.
$120 is a great price for it.
Make sure it includes *all* of the accessories – seatpost, seatpost clamp, cable grommets, etc. If you lose any one thing replacements are going to be nearly impossible to deal with.
