For Context. Shifter cable is only 3 weeks old. Outer cable is cleaned and lubed, moving freely.
I am having this issue with my rear derailleur only in the smaller cogs, it needs a bit of "help" getting into the smaller cogs and it's driving me nuts.
Was shifting perfect this morning then all of the sudden my chain started slipping like crazy. Loosened the cable clamp and set it up single speed to get by until I got home
I have always maintained the derailleur and shifter, Regular cleaning and lubing and this issue is just so frustrating.
This video is taken after I have degreaed the derailleur and lubed the pivots. I'm stuck, Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Clutch is very smooth and quiet in operation

Have you messed with cable tension ?
It’s a common one with these. You need a really long loop of cable after it leaves the frame before the derailleur. Longer than you think is reasonable.
Also, your B tension screw looks almost entirely ‘out’ so the upper pulley is almost definitely too close to the cassette.
FIXED:
Thanks everyone for the suggestions and insights. Wd40 and a thorough working through the gears and free’d it up, now shifting much better (not perfect but usable at least)
B screw adjustment seems fine, Even though it looks like it’s too far out it has been shifting fine in upper 3-4 cogs
and I have shifted the outer cable out a little to allow for more a loop in the rear section (Outer cable is one piece from shifter to rd)
Normally fixed by replacing the cable
