I’m converting my Canyon Spectral Al 7 2016 from 1×11 to 1×12. I have installed the new cassette and derailleur, but the derailleur does not move to the smalls cogs. It seems to be physical stuck. I have adjusted the limit screws, but these does not seem to be the issue. I have also completely detached the cable to make sure that the tension is not to high.
Does anyone have a idea on what I can be missing or doing wrong here? The hanger seems completely fine and is not bendt.

Tried playing with the BTR head screws there is 1 which is used to raise it and 1 which is used to lower it
What 1×11 did you change from? And have you checked that the hanger is straight?

You need to adjust the limit screws, those two screws that are side by side in the lower right of your picture. One will limit the small cog end of things, the other will adjust the big cog limit to keep the chain from going ogg the end of the cassette into the spokes.
Disconnect your rear derailleur cable completely so the derailleur has zero cable tension. Will the chain move to those positions after?
If yes, then your cable was too taut even when adjusted all the way in, so your HI limit screw was never touching
If no, then back off your HI limit screw slowly while spinning the cranks
If it still wont, then remove and reseat your cassette
If it still wont, take it to a bike shop
Is the cassette properly seated and torqued?
If you unclamp the cable and completely loosen the high limit, does the derailleur move all the way through its range? This certainly sounds like a limit issue to me.
When in doubt undo the cable from the clamp bolt. If the derailleur doesn’t go all the way to the small cog you either have a limit screw issue, or something else is wrong with the derailleur itself. Ideally you set the limit screws BEFORE you put the chain and cable on by manually articulating the derailleur into the high and low positions, but here we are.
