This was almost a year ago, i can tell because i live in Belgrade and this construction site has improved a lot since then :))
Nice vid, it's pretty much chaos at the moment, basically former bike path by the river is now going all over construction area. But anyway when finished it will be a great bike lane by the Danube and Sava river.
One day i come back here i live in belgrade 15 monts now im in paris
