Cervelo Caledonia AXS Rival Front Derailleur Issue – Chain Drop

Hello, I’m having issues with my AXS Rival front derailleur. The chain drops on the front chain ring at certain gears on my rear cog. I followed the AXS setup instructions, lined up all the lines, and measured all the gaps to spec. Chain drops happens 30% of the time. I noticed the chain gets pushed passed the limit and the chain doesn’t fully engage at times after shifting (see photo). If anyone has similar challenges and found a fix, greatly appreciate the knowledge sharing.
