Hi all, just arrived for my cycling holidays and now I have a big problem with my cockpit. The cockpit screw on the picture came with the silver ring and also the spacer seems to be broken. Is this fixable anyhow by myself? 🙁 I cannot even get the silver ring off the screw currently.

I can also not screw it in again and if I tilt the bike upside down I hear something loose in the fork
