Still trying to figure out the best way to get rid of a backpack. I know panniers are practical but I hate the look of them.
Reckon I could fit in brekky and lunch + fruit and that in a full frame bag?
Could pair up a frame bag with a saddlebag also.

Great bike set up! If you don’t like panniers, you could add a handlebar bag and/or a saddle bag behind the seat.
Tbh, I’m going through the same thing. I just bought a road bike that I love, and I can’t bring myself to add panniers to it. I have panniers on my hybrid, bc they’re super practical. But I hate the idea of them on my road bike.
Second bike is always the answer.
