What chain are you running? I have the same cranks and chainring on my DJ and I recently wanted to install a singlespeed chain but it didn’t really fit!
If i had all the dollars, i imagine i would have built myself something sick like this

It’s fine, but personally I hate hub-mounted lights and internally geared hubs. Otherwise solid effort.
Edit: just noticed the Paul brake calipers. Gross. Would prefer Hayes or even BB8s
