  1. I was riding trails 20 years ago with silent hubs because they provided instant engagement; great for ratcheting the pedals to get over logs and other obstacles.

  2. I have silent hubs on my carrera ok but nothing to write home about thats why i just changed my mrb wheels and hubs everyone has different theories and preferences as long as they work all that matters
