First thing, can you do a fakie? Seeing your foot not reacting as soon as you land means you still have to work on your fakies. Put more power on the bunny hops and once you land fakie at least one full crank and power your way out to off it.
Though I do not wear helmets, I suggest you wear one because looping out really sucks, had some bad concussions when I started learning them.

Look behind you, pull up hard, and spot the ground behind you, like where your rear tire was.
Focus on a good hop, and when on the way up, turn

Learn fakies first off that wall or on a bank or quarter pipe if you haven’t already. For flat 180s, you’ll need to hop a bit higher than you are now. Think about it this way, the higher you are off the ground, the more time you have to spin and the less impact you’ll experience when you stop spinning. It took me a long time failing before someone told me this, and I instantly was better at them.

As everyone is saying, as badly as you want to 180, it can’t be completed if you don’t know how to fakie, the way I practiced was doing wall stalls, just roll up to the wall and hit it with your front tire and then push back and try rolling out of it, I did that soooo many times and now rolling out is much easier!
