So I received my Grizl CF SL 6 AXS and was super excited to get it assembled. As I was getting it together, I noticed the rear derailleur was not fastened to the frame as shown in the assembly videos and when I tried to fasten the screw in it wouldn't catch onto anything. It seems somehow the threads in the frame have come out and are on the screw as seen in the picture and now the derailleur cannot be attached. Ok, clearly a defective frame or maybe something happened during shipping, really annoying, but no big deal. When I explained the situation, it was only addressed as a warranty claim and that I might get a response in 7-10 days. How are they not immediately sending me a brand new replacement and having me send the defective bike back? Has anyone gone through something similar with this Canyon process? I'm thinking I just want to return the bike and steer clear of the brand in general.

Just wait till their shit seat post system with the clamp starts slipping during a ride. Ring canyon chessington, they will help you.
