I’ve never used it with paper filters, always just the mesh, worked alright. Do they improve the taste?

I do have one of these and like it, but a proper pour over cone is much nicer if coffee is something you do on the daily!
Also, I ended up switching from this to instant on the trail… the main reason being this requires an additional cup (and milk & sugar if you’re into that). G7 3-in-1s are just so good and cheap and easy! I’ll still use this for a rare #coffeeoutside ride though!
