so: on my Sram S7, I can't fix the click box (hope it's called that in english too) to my hub because when I screw in the screw, instead of the screw going in it pushes out the threaded sleeve.
What would be the best course of action here? Can I somehow fixate the sleeve in there or do I need a new click box?

You can attempt to fixate that brass threaded insert – as you’re correct that it’s broken loose from the plastic housing of the clickbox, but I’m not sure how well that will hold. I’ve not dealt with one of those and so I’m not sure how much torque is on the insert.
A new Sunrace trigger shifter with clickbox should be only about 25 euros or so.
