Hi! So I can do hundreds of them like this, but I never catch it. I’m happy I’m finally not afraid to throw them. But it still doesn’t count as a proper barspin if I’m not catching it in the air. It’s surprisingly hard for me to learn. I thought barspin is easy but scary, but I’m learning it for 3 months already. Please help

Any tips how to catch it?

So close . Get some more reps in and you’ll get the muscle memory activating. Looks like you get a little too far from those bars after your throw the bars at the peak . Try getting that follow through motion down with some upside down bike . Good luck

You are there just gotta keep doing them. The hard part is done. Now it’s just getting the repetition and they get faster.

  3. Get your catching hand in place as you’re throwing with your other hand. I think someone told me “scoop the money” or something dumb like that when I was learning, but it helped me visualize it.

  4. You’re almost there, throw a little earlier.

Pushing your bars forward and spinning should be the same motion. It will give you a little extra time
