What sort of riding do you do? Competitive racing where aero is important or more leisurely social rides? If the former go for S – performance over comfort. If the latter go for M for the reverse

Chamois doesn’t look to be sitting high enough in the small, looks to be correct in the medium. This will cause discomfort.
