  1. If this is a single speed/track bike, you most likely need to change only the freewheel. A video of the rear hub in action would’ve been more helpfull

    You might just have a pawl (clicky bit that engages the teeth) stuck up with gunk. Try to flush out the freewheel with WD40 and see if that frees it. Then proper oil after as WD40 isn’t a great lubricant.

    Guessing your freewheel is toast. Could be a pawl like the other commenter said, but in my 40+ years of riding, I’ve never experienced a jammed pawl or known anyone that’s happened to.

    And honestly, the work needed to pull apart a freewheel probably isn’t really worth it when you can get a new one for as little as $10.
