I wouldn’t be too worried, but if you are, take out the cranks and BB and check it properly.

I’ve ridden worse. This looks like normal surface rust.

Usually get rust inside the bb shell. I can’t see any concerns in that photo. You can clean up the seat tube with a flex hone if needed. A little surface rust on chromoly steel is far from a safety issue and takes a long time to progress. I’d treat the inside of the frame with some boeshield or frame saver equivalent.
