I made a 25s ebike using ev batteries. Had to mod the speed controller. Draws 65a on pull away About 6500w Then starts to drop once moving 29" wheels, 58×9 gearing. Got over 70mph . Then thought about the bike tyres popping and have not gone over 40mph since. Built 2019, still using daily, well over 7000miles on it so far and 1000+ charges. Great fun and still going strong Cost me just under £600
